The analyzer is considered out of warranty when:
· The standard warranty period has expired, or
· The analyzer has exceeded the warranty test-volume limit, if specified in the commercial terms, or
· Damage or malfunction results from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper handling, or use outside the specified operating conditions.
After the warranty period, Essenlix continues to provide paid technical support, spare parts, and repair or replacement options. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage details are defined in the applicable commercial agreement and warranty policy
